Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a size exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are at the customer’s expense.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

We kindly encourage mindful purchases. Each return generates additional shipments, increasing CO₂ emissions and resource consumption. Choosing carefully helps reduce waste and supports a more conscious consumption model.

To start a return, please contact us at lemme@lemme.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We also do not refund customs duties or VAT on returns from outside the EU.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
